She was our realtor when we purchased our first condo 6 years ago, showing us many listings in various complexes. When we had to leave Tucson we felt very comfortable leaving it in her hands to find us the perfect condo, which she did. Recently, a casita became available in the same complex. She went beyond what other realtors do for their customers (and I know this as my brother-in-law was a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker for a decade). Barbara got me a lower price on the home I purchased by contacting HVAC, roofing, door, and termite companies out to evaluate the property, and she was present with me each time which then gave her the justification that convinced the seller to have the home price lowered. She got the seller to pay for termite treatment, a home warranty, as well as dropping the price (or paying for a two percent of the home value toward closing costs). After the home inspection she successfully convinced the seller to contribute another two thousand dollars (lowering the cost of the loan and closing costs). Before I came to her I had been pre-approved by a major bank and a well known Tucson credit union, but she recommended a loan company that saved me over two thousand dollars on my loan, and this company even waived me having to pay around $500 to get an appraisal. The loan company gave me the lowest interest rate and remarkably they went through the whole process more than three to four weeks earlier than the bank and credit union stated they could do (45-60 days). As a first time buyer, she was able to make the whole process as smooth and calm as could be possible. Now that I have been in my home, I can only say that choosing Barbara as my realtor was one of the best decisions in life I have made, and so was purchasing my new home. Barbara also was thorough in showing me comparable homes in Sabino Canyon area and analyzing their good and bad points, which helped me in making my decision and in knowing that I was making a great choice. With each passing day, I find new things about my home that make me smile as it is so great to live here. She will always have my gratitude and thanks.

Having never purchased a home as I inherited one, I was so impressed that upon beginning to work with Barbara that she spent 2 hours with me on a Saturday morning going over a contract, explaining every bit of it as well as the buying process. After that she showed me properties and we bid on one back in 2020. She's done an amazing job over the time we have worked together to keep me abreast of what was available while keeping my specific needs and wants in mind.
